From renewable energy technology and trade to resource extraction and the blue economy; innovation and future planning in the maritme sector is vital given the ocean is being used more intensively than ever before. 

This theme will highlight the practical use of our oceans and look to discuss how we sustainably harness the opportunities for jobs and economic growth the ocean can provide.
